What inspired you to pursue social media?
“It was just an ordinary beginning for someone who shared her simple day-to-day diary via Instagram.”
How have your social media feeds evolved over time? Any specific turning points?
“It was slow and it gradually grew as I started attending more events and shows and and my photos became my advertisement. People began visiting my profile and saw what they liked and started following me.”
How do you decide which brands to partner with, and how do you ensure that your followers are receptive to sponsored content?
“I look at the product and work required from me and not the brand. My followers know what I offer and know why they follow me and hence it is my duty to offer them only the best.”
Is there a central message or theme that you hope people take away from your social media content?
“I am always aware of the responsibility we have as influencers. I wish others would realise the same and not spread rumours and fake news. Those who follow profiles should also verify these proiles and make sure the news they give are from proper sources.”
What emerging marketing trends do you feel will shape the digital world in the next few years?
“ I think in the next few years we will be doing everything through online trading.”
What’s the most challenging part of working in social media? And what advice would you give to those interested in building a following online?
“My challenge always is to present the best, newest, and high quality content to return the love and faith that my followers give me. My advice to those who want to be on social media is that they should always do things in own style and trust their talent and not try to copy trends or follow other styles.”
