After a wonderful 9-year journey, Omani designer Amal Al Raisi re-launched the line which began her career, Dar Al Aseel Saturday afternoon at the luxurious Al Bustan Palace in Muscat, Oman.

Presented by Mercedes-Benz, the enchanting event centered on a fashion show that was an ode to Coco Chanel and the shows she put on during the 20s in her home. The event opened with regional presenter, Rania Ali and then introduced designer Amal Al Raisi, who welcomed her guests and the show followed. With beautifully decorated tables graciously designed by Mooi Flowers, the guests were seated around the venue creating a circular shape that formed the runway. The models paraded around the atrium showcasing the Ramadan 2016 collection and guests were given an exclusive preview of seven traditional Omani dresses Amal designed which drew inspiration from the seven regions of Oman.
